Today, FINALLY, our internet is back. The router wasn’t the problem. Instead it was the box outside of our house. Today when I called for tech support (for about the 1,000th time) I finally got someone who agreed that I needed someone to come out and fix whatever the problem was. So now the situation is resolved, and I’m back up and running!
